Koh Samui also spelled Ko Samui (notably without the “h”) is the second-largest island in Thailand. It’s located in the Chumphon Archipelago and is in the province of Surat Thani. Around 63,000 people live on the island of Koh Samui, which is quickly becoming one the top tourist destinations in the country of Thailand. It’s home to beautiful beaches, a number of interesting things to do, and has a beautiful tropical jungle – one that’s been completely unspoiled by man – at its center.
